This was my 4th visit to this hotel! For me this is the best place in Mallorca! The staff is very friendly and always ready to help! Excellent location, very tasty cuisine, interesting animation, cozy and calm atmosphere - just what you need for rest ️

on the first day of stay in the hotel room, an incomprehensible noise from the street was heard, which did not give the opportunity to rest ( after contacting the reception, the room was changed

Amazing experience, looking forward to get back to Hipotels Mediterraneo

No words to describe it. I did an extensive research and didn't regret my choice. Sa Coma offered us amazing views and wasn't overcrowded even in high season. The hotel had the relaxing vibe we were looking for but also entertainment options, including gym and training, which I strongly appreciate. Close to restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores. Maria, who cleaned our room, was attentive, and we noticed it in the small details, like the way she noticed how I organized my makeup or like the bed. Modern decor, clean, spacious rooms, and kind staff. The buffet had a wide variety of food options. Even if you were having dinner there the whole week, each day you would experience a different menu, so it didn't feel repetitive.

If I may be picky, I wish that menu options were marked with allergen information, such as peanuts, seafood, and dairy.

Perfect spot for a beach holiday

Rooms were spacious and comfortable, pool was great to swim in when the sea was too rough, and the buffet breakfast was amazing. I’ve never seen one with so many options. The views were to die for!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hipotels Mediterraneo Hotel, and it was truly fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was met with outstanding service and warm, friendly smiles from all of the hotel staff. They were always eager to help, making me feel right at home from the start. One of the highlights of my stay was the dinner buffet. The selection was incredible, with a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a delight, and it was clear that a lot of care went into the preparation and presentation. The entire hotel, from the rooms to the swimming pool, was spotless. It’s evident that cleanliness is a top priority here, as everything was impeccably maintained, which made my stay all the more comfortable. The location of Hipotels is also superb - just a stone’s throw away from the beach! It was so convenient to be able to walk over and enjoy the sun and sea anytime I wished. Overall, I can’t recommend Hipotels enough. The excellent service, clean facilities, and prime location made my stay perfect. We’ll definitely be returning in the future!

Great hotel! Clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The included breakfast buffett was awesome. The pool was nice and most importantly the beach was so close and beautiful. The views were amazing. We also dined at the dinner buffet a few times, good food and very convenient.

Great location, close to the beach and pool. Excellent food. Housekeeping staff very efficient.

Top notch personnel. Great food and facilities. Rooms are new.

There is a 10cm hole between beds, so they can't be connected, and they get more separated easily. One of the beds was really squeaky. There is a small hole between the wall and the doors (less than 1 cm), so everything from the hall could be heard.

Wonderful

Wonderful hotel right at the beach and newly renovated. Clean and wonderful staff. All rooms face the beach but some of them have limited view to the sea. The hotel has pretty much all you need for a great vacation at the beach. Very well located, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel and the bus takes you right to the airport. Good selection of great (but not amazing) food for breakfast and dinner and the restaurant staff is very friendly. It has another restaurant for lunch, a nice bar and entertainment every/most of the evenings. Overall a very good and beautiful hotel to spend your holidays at. For the right price I would definitely stay again here.

The opening hours for some of the facilities are quite inconvenient. The outdoor pool is open until 18:00 only and the gym is open until 20:00. It would be nice to have the gym at least open for longer than that, lots of hotel have it open until 23:00, midnight or even 24/24. Personally when I come to a beach vacation I prefer to spend less time inside and spend more time outside during the sunny hours so going to the gym later at night works much better. Dinner starts at 18:30 so that doesn't leave you with too much time to go to the gym after dinner. Also I've noticed that it's a thing to not have water included in your room on Mallorca as most hotels keep this trend on the island but it's a bit ridiculous to try to profit on water in a 4 star hotel

Easter R&R that exceeded my expectations!

The balcony view looking out at the sea was the highlight of the room! I had half-board and the food was great for all of my meals. Shower was spacious. The gym had high quality machines and weights. Also the hanging plants are even prettier in person and gives the hotel interior a peaceful vibe.

Fantastic stay! I only like to come back

Excellent stay. Perfect buffet breakfast and dinner, lots of variety, home-made. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Helpful staff. Directly at the beach. Great spot to discover Mallorca. Not far from the "cala" (by public bus or car). Spacious room with everything needed on vacation. Adults only. Big structure but everybody can find his way. Beautiful see view from the room.

All was great. One little improvement: give the possibility to take wine by the glass during the dinner.

Everything was perfect. Comfortable, clean and calm - All expectations fulfilled. The photos do not lie. Facilities and surroundings beautiful.
